Everything we have built, the choices made, the sacrifices, the objectives achieved, those lost, the causes won, the defeats, have always and only been done, from day one, to build something that goes beyond simply becoming professionals in the fashion sector.
They were made for an ideal.

We have chosen to be a group of people who believe in something and who have never accepted being accomplices in the deprivation of human values of young dreamers hiding behind a “The world works like this”.
Our mission for years has been to help our crew improve their lives and achieve their goals through the fashion industry. We believe this can only be accomplished through change, evolving the system, and putting their humanity at the center of everything.

In un mondo in cui tutto e chiunque viene visto come una merce da vendere e da esibire, da anni combattiamo per difendere i valori umani, l’etica e per valorizzare le persone per ciò che sono realmente.
RMS è la prima agenzia madre, a livello nazionale ed internazionale, che ha costruito interamente il proprio progetto attorno al concetto di umanità e alla sua valorizzazione.
Perché dopotutto, per noi non sono mai esistiti gli indossatori o modelli, ma solo esseri umani che lavorano nel settore moda.

Purtroppo ancora oggi il mondo della moda presenta una grandissima fetta di meccanismi, sistemi e realtà ormai obsolete che da anni lo danneggiano dall’interno e che gli impediscono di riqualificarsi come dovrebbe.

Reale trasparenza
La trasparenza è l’ingrediente che più arriva ad influenzare qualsiasi ingranaggio di un progetto o di un percorso professionale. Ne condiziona la fiducia, la facilità di lavoro, i rapporti interni e la possibilità di crescita insieme.
Per questo, nonostante tuttora appartenenti ad uno dei settori in cui negli anni tale ingrediente è venuto spesso meno, siamo fieri di essere uno delle rarissime realtà in grado di poterlo esporre nella maniera più completa possibile e nel pieno rispetto della corretta professionalità.
